About SaaB Architects
We love what we do
We love what we do, and it shows. From the earliest idea to the final details, we approach every project with curiosity, care and close attention to the people who will inhabit it. We believe that the success of a project lies in creating a meaningful dialogue between our clients’ needs and aspirations and our architectural vision. Through creative, thoughtful and professional solutions, we create homes that are personal, purposeful and thoughtfully designed.
Contemporary Architecture, Rooted in Place
Our work is defined by a clean, contemporary language and a strong sense of simplicity. We are drawn to natural materials, restrained palettes and carefully considered details, creating spaces that feel warm and timeless rather than overly designed. Each home is conceived in response to its particular setting and to the people who will live there, allowing the architecture, landscape, materials and interior spaces to become part of one coherent whole.
Architecture Shaped by Its Environment
We see the site not simply as a place to build, but as an integral part of the architecture. Our projects respond to climate, orientation, landscape and the distinctive conditions of each location, including homes built in challenging and extreme topographical settings. We approach every project as a complete design process—from developing the architectural plan and its relationship to the landscape, through the selection of materials and finishes, to the creation of bespoke architectural elements. The aim is not simply to overcome the conditions of a site, but to allow them to become a defining part of the home.
25+ Years of Experience. Still Personal. Still Hands-On.
With more than 25 years of experience and a substantial portfolio of completed projects, SaaB Architects brings a depth of professional knowledge to every project we undertake. Yet experience has never meant losing the personal nature of our practice. We remain closely involved and hands-on throughout the design and realization of each home, working directly with our clients and with the professionals involved in bringing it to life. This combination of extensive experience, professional expertise and personal involvement allows us to offer something increasingly rare: an established architectural practice with the close, individual attention of a personal studio. We would love to hear about your project and explore what we can create together.
