Despite the restricted footprint, the property was masterfully engineered to accommodate a rich array of premium features. The exterior successfully houses a pristine swimming pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped garden, all flowing seamlessly into the home's remarkably spacious interiors. To amplify this sense of expansive volume, the entire house is enveloped in a bright, airy color palette. Architectural Solutions for Ultimate Privacy
One of the primary challenges of this project was the structural density of the surrounding neighborhood, which inherently compromised the site’s natural seclusion. In order to transform the home into a private urban sanctuary, a layered approach to screening and shading was employed. The exterior facade features striking fixed louvers that serve as both a dynamic architectural hallmark and a practical shield against neighboring sight lines. Inside, precise automated blinds allow the residents to dictate natural light and visibility throughout the day. Complementing these structural solutions, lush, strategic vegetation was integrated along the property lines. This combination of louvers, blinds, and greenery creates a peaceful, filtered environment, ensuring the family can enjoy their pool and expansive windows in complete, undisturbed privacy.
A Travertine Kitchen and Minimalist Staircase
Positioned at the vibrant center of the house is the bespoke kitchen, designed around a highly functional two-parallel-line scheme. The undisputed anchor of this space is the dominant travertine stone, which introduces an earthy, sophisticated warmth to the interior environment. Directly behind the kitchen lies an absolute triumph of minimalist design: a straight staircase crafted entirely from thin, white steel plates. Using a sophisticated concealed anchoring detail, the stairs appear to hover effortlessly against the wall without heavy structural supports. This ultra-minimalist configuration was deliberately chosen to maintain a completely transparent line of sight. Looking through the open treads, visitors experience an uninterrupted visual journey from one side of the house straight through to a framed, landscaped window on the opposite end.

Conveniently tucked away on this same level is a luxurious master suite, providing the parents with a highly accessible, serene retreat just steps away from the heart of the home. Ascending the floating steel staircase reveals the upper floor, which functions as a dedicated haven for the younger generation.
